1. REQUEST
The client must contact us via email or Instagram, sending a clear description of the desired artwork, including visual references, character details, and any other important information for the commission's development.2. QUOTE
Based on the information provided, a detailed quote will be prepared. After receiving the quote, the client must confirm if they wish to be placed on the waiting list.3. INITIAL PAYMENT
On the agreed date, the client must confirm the commission's continuation. After this confirmation, a minimum payment of 50% of the total artwork cost will be required.

5. SKETCH AND LINEART
The sketch and lineart versions will be sent to the client for approval.4. PRE-RENDERING
A version with the base colors will be sent for general approval of the palette, lighting, and visual direction of the piece. Minor adjustments may still be made at this stage.5. FINAL ARTWORK
After the artwork is finalized, a low-resolution preview will be sent for final approval. Upon confirmation, the client will make the remaining payment and receive the final high-quality version via email or Google Drive link, in PNG or PDF format.

PAYMENT

1. To guarantee a spot on the desired date, a deposit is required, the amount of which will be informed to the client at the time of booking.2. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total commission.
3. The deposit is non-refundable, as reserving a time slot implies blocking the schedule, making it impossible to serve other clients during the same period. Therefore, in case of cancellation by the client after booking, the deposit amount will be retained as compensation for blocking the schedule.

PERMISSIONS

1. As an artist, I reserve the right to add my official logo to the final artwork, except for artwork intended for book covers.2. As an artist, I reserve the right to add the artwork to my profiles and portfolio.3. I will not sell commissioned artwork as prints or physical or digital products.4. It is prohibited to modify my artwork with AI, use it to train AI, or sell it as NFT.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

1. Draft and Line Art: During the draft stage, the client may request unlimited changes at no additional cost, provided they remain within the commission's original proposal.2. After approval of the line art, no changes will be made to the artwork's structure.3. In the rendering stages, the client will be entitled to 5 free changes, provided they do not alter fundamental elements previously approved.4. If additional changes are necessary, a fee corresponding to 5% of the final artwork value will be added for each extra modification requested.5. In case of changes resulting from errors on my part, corrections will be free of charge.

1. The following are considered licensed items:

ㅤㅤㅤItems intended for printing (posters, cards, bookmarks).2. The commercial rights to a commercial item are equivalent to 50% of the total value of the item;4. Payment of the commercial rights fee guarantees the commissioner access to the image without any future charges.5. If the client does not directly profit from the artwork, no additional value will be added. For example, if the commissioned image is for the promotion of a product (social media post about the book) and not the product itself (the book cover), there will be no charge.6. If the artwork already exists and has not been commissioned by another person, it is possible to acquire the commercial rights.
